Dads - it isn’t too late to sign up for today’s Hairdos & Don’ts workshop at the Guild Hall in @thesodaplant from 2pm-3:30pm. Rachel from @talmohairco will be onsite to teach you all of the basics for taking care of your child’s long hair, including brushing, ponytails, braiding and for those who dare to attempt, french braids. We’ll have everything you need to practice, including a variety of mannequin heads with different hair textures. It’s May, which means it’s time for the annual Dad Guild community survey. This is a great opportunity for our organization to learn more about the impact we’re having, gather feedback, and hear some personal stories. Survey link is in our IG profile. We cannot stress enough how important our annual survey is for us. If you have the time, please complete it. Survey responses are anonymous. The information collected through this anonymous survey helps Dad Guild in the following ways: Feedback & Insight - The survey is an incredible learning opportunity for Dad Guild. We are a community-driven organization. We want to listen and understand what we are doing well, and what we can do better. Fundraising & Grant Applications - the data we collect in this survey is used for grant applications, reports, and communication with our funders. Having data that illustrates our impact is essential for Dad Guild’s sustainability. ​Program Planning - the information collected has a direct impact on what shape our programming takes for the coming months. We know your time is valuable. That’s why we are giving away $50 Visa gift cards to five randomly-selected respondents. We’ll be collecting these surveys throughout the month of May, with a pretty hard deadline of May 31st. Upon completion of the survey, you are provided with a link to a second survey that just collects your contact info to be entered into the random drawing.
