20 YEARS OLD!? I'm gonna miss being a teenager now 🥲. Reached 1500 Subscribers just in time for my birthday (pretty great bday present) and we're half way to a million total views on YouTube. Going to open mics every week makes me happy and the compliments I get after every performance is what I'm there for. #HappyNewYear 2025 is probably the craziest year of my life, alot of ups and downs but I came through in the end. Made a lot of new friends, lost some but that's okay. Travelling to new open mics, collaborating with talented people & performing in general is probably the highlight of the year, I'm gonna take it easy on open mics & performing since I got myself a job & won't have the time for it anyways. I am extremely honored to compete in such an incredible event, 7 To Smoko is definitely an event I'll remember battling in. Really fun day, I'm happy with how I performed today, it's definitely a learning experience Slide 1: Is the Winner Ceremony where the 8 battlers get a certificate and the champion gets a trophy. Slide 2: Is before the event started with @j4fs_bbx , me, @drip_dr0ps , @shun_bbx.531 & @reaper_btk . Slide 3: Is after the event with Reaper & Shun Slide 4: Left side is @dopeyfx where I had my favorite live battle so far, coming 2nd overall. Middle is my certificate where I'm really proud of achieving & right side is a judge, @rexbeatbox @rexbeatboxsydney where I met him again after 4 years and did a sick showcase with Gale before the event ended. Slide 5: Left side is @jarganjr who did an amazing DJ set and a beatboxer with incredible style. Middle is the champion himself @lukey_gray_ who I've waited 4-5 years to battle him & right is @hyperstyle_bbx who is an uprising star and someone I've wanted a rematch with in this event. Slide 6: Left side is @woblobster who is an OG in the scene and very creative. Middle is @imatlasofficial who is the 2023 Queensland Champion and future Australian Champion. Right side is @ross_reks who is the organizer of this event. Slide 7: Left side is my ID that all competitors received just like in GBB & right side is @galebeatbox who is a judge and the Australian Champion. Slide 8: Is the winner ceremony (recorded by Shun) where I get my certificate. Slide 9: Is a small clip of my elimination round (coming 7th) where I'm proud of. Beast Of The East 2023 is an incredible event to remember Congratulations to all competitors, @connormalanos for 1st place, @dopeyfx for 2nd, @reach_bbx for 3rd, @nerish_beatbox for 4th, @mickey_beatbox @nxhp_yt , @lukey_gray_ and @jaiden_sa for Top 8. Glad to see new faces and faces I've seen online and finally meeting them in real life. I didn't get into the battles this time which was a hard decision for the judges but its a learning experience for me and I'll be back stronger for the next event. Until next time, bye
