With heavy clubs, the load is far away from your hands, constantly moving through space, and trying to pull you out of position. You need to do these 3 things continously 1. CREATE FORCE - Accelerate the swing. Create rotational speed. 2. ACCEPT FORCE - Decelerate the club. Absorb momentum. 3. REDIRECT FORCE - Develop timing and elastic reactive strength. This will also produce flowing strength. A massive carryover to athletic movement.
