(Full disclosure I just made that name up).
I wanted something to be able to sequence and play my @moogsynthesizers Model 10 without having to be bound to the computer. I do have the stock 935 keyboard, but it’s big, and ultimately limited. I also wanted to be able to do step sequencing on it and just jam for inspiration. The @arturia_official beatstep pro and keystep pro seemed like good choices. But it would be cumbersome to have them next to each other. I hit the resident custom case @currycases with a few reference ideas and eventually we landed here. Interesting that it was made to use with a Moog modular and it ended up looking like a mini-Voyager. I hooked it up and immediately got inspired. Pardon the sloppy playing, I was crouching bc I haven’t set up space for it.
Salute Wes! The finish and build quality are amazing! Our coffee table / modular rack collab is up next lol. Joking not joking.
The first prototype of my MPC 3000 kit is complete. This upgrade is permanently constructed, shaped and finished for a seamless feel.
