To celebrate the launch of @currentbackyard ’s new electric grill and pizza oven, BB hosted a stylish rooftop experience at the SoHo Grand in NYC for 50+ media, influencers and tastemakers. We proved grilling isn’t just for backyards anymore.
Guests enjoyed live grilling demos from culinary creator @lamb_chop97 , sipped “High-Voltage” cocktails and experienced firsthand how electric cooking is redefining outdoor living.
This Surf and Turf Garlic Bread was all too easy to make thanks to my new @currentbackyard Model G+ Grill 🙌

The best part is I didn’t have to buckle down to food and grilling only- I had the flexibility to enjoy hanging with my friends without stressing over the food.

Ingredients:
2 NY strip steaks
1-2lb shrimp
Asparagus
Texas toast garlic bread
Alfredo sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Parsley as garnish

Obviously we had to call this one a rainbow salad!!!
Ingredients
2-3 lbs chicken breast, grilled
4 pieces grilled corn
3 bell peppers, grilled
Kale, washed and massaged with olive oil
Croutons
Goat cheese
Dressing
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 lemons, juiced
2 limes, juiced
4 cloves garlic
1 bunch Cilantro
1 bunch Parsley
Basil leaves
Chives
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1. Blend all dressing ingredients together.
2. Grill the corn, peppers, and chicken to desired finish.
3. Cut chicken, corn, and peppers into pieces.
4. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
