The best part is I didn’t have to buckle down to food and grilling only- I had the flexibility to enjoy hanging with my friends without stressing over the food.

Ingredients:
2 NY strip steaks
1-2lb shrimp
Asparagus
Texas toast garlic bread
Alfredo sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Parsley as garnish
