Open call for Harvest Festival stall holders! Applications are now open for independent artists, designers, makers and producers to host a stall at The Hepworth Wakefield Harvest Festival on Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 September. If you make or sell artisan food and drink, books, blankets, candles, ceramics, fabrics and textiles, home and kitchenware, plants, prints, vintage items, vinyl or seasonal produce, we’d love to hear from you. This seasonal market takes place @tileyard_north - the refurbished mill opposite The Hepworth Wakefield - and showcases around 65 stalls. It provides an opportunity for you to have your work exhibited for sale in front of 3500 people over one weekend (based on 2025 Harvest Festival visitor figures). Alongside the market, visitors can make a weekend of it and enjoy our exhibitions, family activities in the galleries and garden, live music and street food. Open call for makers from Wakefield and Yorkshire! The Hepworth Wakefield will be celebrating its 15th birthday with a brand-new market in May. The Hepworth Makefield Market, taking place on Fri 22 May, 7–10pm, Sat 23 and Sun 24 May, 10am–5pm, will celebrate the best of Yorkshire – from craft and design to food, drink and handmade goods made across the region. To ensure a celebratory 15th birthday weekend, The Hepworth ‘Makefield’ Market will also include family activities in the galleries and garden, live music and street food – with two brand new exhibitions opening too. Applications are now open for makers based in Wakefield and the Yorkshire region. We are seeking applications from makers whose work demonstrates quality, originality and represents the best of our region. This includes, but is not limited to, independent makers specialising in craft, design-led products, homeware, prints, textiles and thoughtfully produced food and drink.
