100 West Street in Needham Heights, officially broke ground on May 7 following an extensive site clearing that began earlier this year. This new, 189-unit multifamily community will transform a 4.3-acre site into a thoughtfully planned, transit-oriented residential development aligned with Needham’s new MBTA Communities zoning.
With more than 600 feet of frontage along Highland Avenue, across from top restaurants and shopping, the project includes a dynamic building composition with differentiated setbacks that will help create visual interest and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape. The community will include a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, direct-entry ground-floor residences, green space, and surface parking designed to support modern residential living. Planned indoor amenities include a fitness center, library, resident lounges, a package room with cold storage and an indoor golf simulator, while the outdoor program calls for a dog run, playground, community garden and two pocket parks.
Designed to meet Passive House standards, the development prioritizes sustainability, energy efficiency, and resident comfort.

This eight-story, 250,397-square-foot development will bringing a new level of design-forward, flexible living to the heart of this vibrant location.
The project will feature 233 fully furnished luxury residences, 26,000 square feet of retail, and 32,000 square feet of curated amenity space — including tranquil gardens, a glass-house for meditation and yoga, a holistic wellness retreat with sauna, steam and cold plunge, a rooftop pool, fitness studio, and outdoor lounge spaces designed to foster connection and community.
As the first luxury condominium residences in Wynwood with deeded office suites partnered with Airbnb, Twenty Sixth & 2nd reflects a new vision for modern urban living — seamlessly blending hospitality, wellness, creativity, and functionality. There are few events we look forward to more than the annual Miami Lexus Corporate Run @thecorporaterun . This year, our team joined 17,800+ participants from over 730 companies for the iconic 5K through downtown—celebrating movement, teamwork, and community.
Held at Bayfront Park, the 5K (3.1-mile) course winds through the city streets before finishing along the waterfront. True to its reputation as “Downtown Miami’s largest office party,” the evening delivered an incredible mix of energy, camaraderie, and friendly competition.
