Pandesal - soft and fluffy Filipino bread; enjoyed best toasted with your favorite spread!
Spanish Bread - Filipino breakfast favorite; fluffy, crumbly bread filled with sweet, brown sugar butter (coffee’s best friend)
Pan De Coco - Filipino milk bread filled with toasted, nutty, shredded coconut
Ube Ensaymada - though a little untraditional, this is our Ube twist on a panaderia favorite; soft butter dough topped with Ube Halaya and toasted coconut flakes
We are looking for our dream team! Ctrl Alt Refresh is starting its hiring process as we gear up towards our construction completion. We believe in strong and thorough training and time for our team to understand each other and their duties on the floor. Positions available include Line Cook/Prep Cook, Baker, Barista Cashier, and Dishwasher/Busser.

Stumbled across some early sketches when the “idea” was just starting to come about. First name we thought of was “PC Nook” and honestly… I’m glad we didn’t stick with it 😂 but hey, these sketches weren’t bad at all! Maybe we can use them some day 🤔🤔 #smallbusiness #humblebeginnings
“Why Ctrl Alt Refresh?”

We were pretty stuck on the name since we wanted a simple yet straight-to-the-point kind of name… but we kept drawing blanks. I believe PC Nook was our first idea (shoutout Nook’s Cranny). We ended up combining two separate ideas that formed Ctrl Alt Refresh. The more we sat on the name, the more we became inspired by it. I was randomly sketching logo ideas and my first draft was actually the one Andrew and I agreed upon. We knew we needed some help getting it to the best that it could be, so I hit up an old friend. Summer Lacuin (@sumsum.designs on Instagram!) provided us with the cleaner, more professional logo design and we couldn’t have been more grateful! We felt our identity was coming to life and the beginning steps were being made.

Through their combined passions for cooking and gaming, Regina and Andrew birthed the idea of Ctrl Alt Refresh, a PC Cafe and Eatery. Inspired by their trips to PC방s in Korea, they hope to build a communal space for people to enjoy games/movies/events/etc. while eating delicious and comforting food.
