We've just released a new toolkit: After a suicide in the workplace. This toolkit provides actions to take before a suicide, in the days following a suicide, and in the long-term, to help limit negative impact of the death on other employees and prevent future suicides.

Today, March 31, we acknowledge Transgender Day of Visibility. Trans people’s mental health is positively affected when they have supportive and affirming family and friends who respect their gender identity. This fosters belonging and connection, creating a network of people who are there to offer help and be asked for help when it’s needed.

Right now, 100,000 Canadians are participating in The Push-Up Challenge to push for better mental health – for themselves, for their community, and for us all.
CMHAs across Canada have an ambitious goal: to raise $100,000 today to power this movement forward.
Every push-up represents a life lost to suicide. Every donation helps ensure that CMHA can continue driving mental health promotion, advancing systems change, and strengthening the network of CMHAs across Canada.
If you’re able to support the work we do by donating, this is the moment to join the movement. Learn more in our #linkinbio.
