Today’s announcement from the Government of Canada is a game-changer for Canadian sport. 🇨🇦🏅
The Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institute Network (COPSIN) thanks Prime Minister Mark Carney and Secretary of State for Sport Adam van Koeverden for this transformational investment in high performance sport.

Our Olympian Style Series continues with Mark Tewksbury - Olympic gold medalist, speaker, author and Red Seal–certified chef 🥇
Working with @csialberta , we had the opportunity to style a group of Olympic athletes - both for their RWG Gala and in looks that reflect their everyday lives.
@marktewks day-to-day moves between two distinct worlds - time in the kitchen and time on stage. His approach to style mirrors that balance, combining classic tailoring with more relaxed, modern pieces.
With the espy team, he explored a wardrobe that feels polished yet easy - versatile enough to move seamlessly between both sides of his life.

Raising the Bar. Together. 💪
Consistency is key when it comes to high-performance testing. That’s why sport scientists across Canada, led by the CN-HPAAS group, have developed new standardized operating procedures — Incremental Lactate on Cycle Ergometer and Countermovement Jump on Force Plates.
A national collaboration. A shared standard. One stronger sport science community.

Rehausser les standards. Ensemble. 💪
