@csharma is a strategic impact leader and partnership builder with extensive experience driving philanthropic initiatives, cross-sector collaborations, and equity-centered programming. As Vice President and Head of Strategic Development at CAPE, Chandni oversees organizational growth strategy and cultivates partnerships that amplify and support Asian and Pacific Islander representation across film, television and other storytelling mediums.
Prior to CAPE, she led Culture at
@Rhode and served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer at Goldman Sachs.
Having been a community advocate uplifting South Asian leaders, she helped build
@Mela_Collective in Los Angeles and has been a
@ClintonFoundation Global Initiative Fellow.
Drawing on a background in organizational development and a passion for social progress, Chandni specializes in strategic philanthropy, narrative change, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate scalable, sustainable impact.
