Welcome to Fundamentals of Heels in 2026 👠👠
This class is all about building a strong foundation in heels. We will start with a warm-up and conditioning for prep and strength. From there, we’ll move into ballet-based work in the center, focusing on alignment, rotation, balance, and clean lines.
Once we put our heels on, we’ll work on heel technique in the center and across the floor including: walks, grooves, weight shifts, turns, and floor work. We’ll wrap class with a full stretch for flexibility and recovery.

January 31, 2026 my husband and I gave our lives to Jesus Christ. To walk together to eternity in faith that He heals all things. He is the way, the truth, and the light. Through His word we have accepted the salvation He freely gives to all of us. We do not do this alone and we will not do this apart.
We are not defined by our scars. We are defined by His scars. We are not defined by our past trauma. We are defined by the trauma He took. Took with him to the cross and endured on the cross. We don’t need to search for signs. We just need to search for the Savior.
Thank you to our family and friends who came to witness our beautiful rebirth. The world is very different now and I have nothing but joy and gratitude in my heart. Thank you baby for walking this walk with me. Together we are complete. Thank you Lord for meeting us in the darkness. Thank you Jesus for giving us all salvation through your sacrifice. Christ is King.

Stepping into 41 — I am overwhelmed with gratitude. This past year has been one of the most meaningful of my life—walking with Jesus, growing in my marriage, and truly living in my purpose. The opportunity to dance and teach @millenniumdancelv has been a dream come true. And also finding a home away from home with @hotlavalv My heart is so full.
