I can’t fully express the disorienting feeling when you realize a relationship in your life has permeated every aspect of your being today. In some ways, it can be nourishing, motivating, and empowering. However, often, even if it’s not a current relationship, its impact can be felt years later. As I sat down to write “Blood From A Stone” with my dear friend @kflay , an unopened wound surfaced. While I’m grateful to acknowledge the aching and tearing of my spirit within the song’s lyrics, I’m also eager to set it free, share it with you, and see what it allows you to release in your own world as well.
