I used to think growth looked like doing more… saying yes to everything, moving quickly, ignoring my intuition.
But lately, it’s looked a lot quieter than that.
More intention.
More space.
More honesty with myself.
I'm still learning, always.
But this version of life feels a lot more like mine. ❤️
I don’t reread books very often, but I’ve come back to each of these at different points in my life.
Somehow they always meet me exactly where I am, shifting my perspective and leaving me with something new every time.

For the past year, I've had the honor of joining @CampaignZero in their transformative work with the young people at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center in Cleveland.
Days are filled with hands-on sessions that inspire bigger dreams, build connection and hands-on learning.
In my session last month, we focused on identifying emotions through the senses: breath work, short workouts, essential oils, and music. Every single moment reminded me why this work matters.
These young people teach me just as much as I teach them. Their openness, warmth, and energy is something I carry with me long after each visit.
