Our weekly community classes are open to the public, and serve as a space where dancers can train at no cost. Compensation is not provided to teachers as we strive to keep our community classes accessible for everyone.
We hope that this opportunity offers teachers a chance to grow and further their experience, regardless of teaching background.

We're so excited to announce that Mainstay will be on May 23rd, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm! Mainstay will take place at the Henry J. Mello Center 250 E Beach St. Watsonville, CA. Tickets will be $10 for kids, $14 for students, and $17 for general admission.
This is Cruz Ctrl's 6th anniversary of Mainstay and we can't wait to bring you all a wonderful night of performances uniting the dance community! 💙🎉

Get ready for our next community class taught by Alicia!
Alicia is one of the current executive directors of Cruz Ctrl, and she has been dancing for 17 years. She grew up learning styles like ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary but started learning hip hop through Cruz Ctrl once she started college. Now her go-to style is contemporary fusion, but she will be going back to her roots with a jazz piece!

From performing at Westlake School for the Performing Arts, home to The Company, for over 10 years, to choreographing for Cruz Ctrl and co-directing Dumplings, Daniel continues to seek opportunities to exceed his own creative boundaries. Coming from San Francisco, Daniel aspires to share his creative ideas with everyone. Come and learn what Daniel has whipped up for you all!
