I went fishing with my friends. I don’t know how to fish, though, so I took photos instead ! Alex caught 5 stingrays for the ace first round, but for some reason the rays never respawned. He ended up hard carrying the team but a 0 KD is better than negative 💪

3.30.26-4.6.26 - Chicho’s Live Music Nights 🌃
The past couple weeks, I’ve been going out to more nightly events to get videos for Chicho’s. I was also able to take some portraits from the amazing performances by Mike Gombas, Jared Farrell, Mike Delouise, Skip Friel, and Sean-Patrick Hickey, so here are a few of my favorites. Thank you and I am glad I got to meet you guys 🙇♂️
For photography updates, I’ve recently been using a 1/8 black mist filter on my lenses, and I love the look it makes with the neon and string lights. I’ve been working on video editing more, too. There’s a lot I am still learning, like log settings and bitrates for social media. I even picked up a used dji gimbal for food videography; altho, surprisingly, making smooth panning shots are harder than I thought. Good news, I’m using this as an excuse to make a mini cinema rig for my x-h2 (even tho it’s not a video cam)

3.15.26/3.16.26 - Awesome Con Day 3/Boardwalk Sunrise 🌄
Didn’t have the chance to stay long on Sunday at Awesome Con unfortunately, so there weren’t many photos for Day 3. Thankfully, though, I drove back to Virginia Beach at a normal hour instead of 1AM lmfao. I woke up early the next day, and with daylight savings, got some fun boardwalk sunrise pics, albeit foggy. I usually like portraiture more, but it was nice to try something new yesterday!
This weekend was so fun. Thanks to everyone I met these past few days; It was great to go out and meet people at Awesome Con, and I don’t get the chance to visit events like that here in this area. Bless and have a great week

3.13.26 - Awesome Con Day 1 🎇
Had a lot of fun on the first day of the convention! I started driving at 6am to DC and got a lot of nice landscape photos on the way. I also got to see the Supernatural Panel hosted by @dory_jackson ; I remember watching Supernatural ages ago, so it was awesome to see Misha Collins and Jim Beaver in person.
