Little late to the party but just in time for #MedalMonday
Marathon No. 5! Hated every minute running the marathon, but loved every minute training for it. Big shoutout to @thenonameprogram , the coaches @thatcoffeyboy & @justrunjulia , all the leaders, and everyone involved. The last 16 weeks were just amazing, can’t wait for next year!
Showed up to the big dance, PR’d and finished in under 4 hours. See you next year New York City Marathon ✌🏼

Marathon season is back…
Back to 26.2 miles. Back to strangers cheering for you. Back to loved ones with funny signs along the course. Back to hitting a wall at mile 21. Back to friends spontaneously running with you. Back to cramps at Mile 23. Back to never wanting to run a marathon again. Ever. Back to finishing the race and already thinking about the next one.
Berlin was fun and it was an unforgettable experience running a race in my home country. Thanks to everyone who supported me along the way, especially @sunnerbunner , @micha_el_capitano_smith and @sschmi_ . And shoutout to my whole @definenewyorkrunclub fam, couldn’t have done the last 12 weeks of training without you.
Now back to training, @nycmarathon is next.
