With all the heavy #larain that we've had, it's a good time to think about how we can manage storm water and prevent damage by thoughtfully designing, installing, and maintaining our landscapes.
1. This dry river bed designed by @studiogreygreen will help slow and retain water onsite while looking AMAZING year round!
2. These permeable pavers we installed from @angelusblock allow water to flow between joints while reducing runoff and pollutants.
3. Installing jute netting and revegetating a slope will help reduce soil erosion. 4. Installing a good drainage system helps prevent runoff and flooding.
5. Maintaining healthy trees and removing any damaged or diseased ones can help prevent serious injuries or damage during high wind and heavy rain events.
