Do you have a delegation problem or is it an ownership problem. Giving tasks keeps you in the middle. Assigning outcomes gets you out of it. Not “do this.” But “own this.” And the person who can do that well is usually not like you. That’s the hire that changes everything.

Don’t think I’ve ever had this much clarity around @notalonepod as I have now 🚀 Needless to say the saying “if you launch when it’s perfect you launched too late” is so true. I’m such a big believer in putting the thing out before you can name it because nothing brings you more clarity than taking action, putting in the steps, and reevaluating in real time 🤌🏻 Pants @jcrew Top @frame x @ritzparis

45 minutes. coaching call with @thejessicaweiss , mat out, kids are playing. nobody gave me that time. i just took it. there's this idea that being a mom means you go last. that your business, your body, your dreams can wait. i used to believe that too. but every time i show up for myself, i show my kids what that looks like. that it's not selfish to put myself first. being a mom is the reason i'm building. not the reason i'm waiting. if you're a mama with a business, a side hustle, a dream that's still in the notes app, you're in the right place. follow along. we're doing this together. 👇 send this to the mom who keeps saying "one day"

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our biggest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” This quote spoke to where I feel I’m at these days and was on my mind a lot in London with our @creator.method members last week. I’ve passed the point of fearing my weaknesses- I’ve learned to celebrate and focus on my strengths but this unfamiliar fear of feeling your power and stopping yourself from using it fully is a strange new territory for me. What am I scared of? Why am I not ready to receive all that’s being offered to me? Where is this blockage guiding me to? Would love to hear from you if ever been there ❤️ ah the human experience I tell ya..😅✨ Slide 1: Jacket @carelli___ Jeans @legaloutfit.co.il Bag @jilsander Shoes @shop_peche Slide 4: Top @venroy Trench @lacademie_ Pants @isabelmarant Boots @veronicabeard Slide 8: Purse @prada Pants @zara Trench @venroy Boots @shop_peche Slide 10: Earrings @eliou__ Jacket @thefrankieshop Top @darkpark__

Recently I attended the Creator Method workshop by Gary & Valeria Lipovetsky in London, and honestly, it was one of the most inspiring events I’ve attended 🤍 It wasn’t just about growing on social media, it was about building a personal brand with clarity, intention, and long-term vision while staying authentic to yourself. So many valuable insights about content, AI, strategy, audience building, and the creator journey overall. We also ended the evening with an intimate dinner and conversations that left me feeling very inspired, and with so much more clarity on my next steps ✨ Thank you @garylipovetsky @valerialipovetsky & @creator.method for this experience 🤍

I went to the @creator.method event in London this Friday. Here is what they don’t tell you about rooms like this 👇🏽 People love to say that Instagram is just “posting beautiful pictures” or videos. But when you step into a room with Valeria and Gary, you realise very quickly that the world has already moved on from that opinion. Like a long time ago. The future of instagram belongs to creators, and anyone who refuses to see that is just going to be left behind. Three things hit me while sitting there. First - the authenticity is real. I always assumed people had to build a perfect persona online. Seeing them in person, they are exactly who they are on IG and I loved it. You don’t have to fake it. You just have to know how to frame your own story, and that includes your flaws. Second - I thought I knew how to use AI for social media (as I’m aware how to use it for marketing and on daily basis). Hearing how creators at their level are actually using it made me take pages of notes. Which is insane)) Even when a topic sounds veeeey familiar, listening to someone doing it at scale changes everything. Third - proximity. If you want to get somewhere, put yourself in the room with people who are already there. Just being in that space today means I am already one step ahead of who I was yesterday. @creator.method #creator #creatorsofinstagram #creators @valerialipovetsky @garylipovetsky

Sometime in 2018 I made a resolution for myself to pursue public speaking. I felt like I had gotten the hang of YouTube. I felt comfortable in front of the camera and accepted my “flaws” (grammar mistakes, accent and other things that were used prior as excuses to not pursue it). It was time for a new challenge. Once I released that resolution into the universe and gave it space to come in, all these public speaking opportunities started coming my way. The first one went well, the second one was everything I was afraid of and left me scarred but there it was again - my stubbornness to conquer another fear and climb to face the next. Then in 2019 I had my first London meet up event with over 300 people. I felt nervous and so vulnerable. I was thinking about it non-stop, wanting to give the best and most valuable talk I can. Instead of keeping it all to myself and showcasing the end result, I decided to document the whole process of finding the courage and letting go of the negative fixed mindset I had towards public speaking. Being back now for our London @creator.method workshops feels like such a full circle moment seeing all of the hard work pay off 🥹 Being able to take all the lessons i’ve learned throughout my career as a creator and pay it forward is truly one of the most rewarding things. You are entirely up to you. Comment ‘CMGROW’ to learn more about our Creator and entrepreneur growth community.
