Creating a podcast takes more than microphones and cameras, it takes courage.
At the @creative.meetups Podcast Takeover @lounges_cle , we challenged the room in a powerful way. We partnered complete strangers together and gave them 20 minutes to create an entirely new podcast concept.
No overthinking.
No perfect plan.
Just creativity, collaboration, and the willingness to step up and speak.
In that short time we watched ideas form, strangers become teammates, and voices that may have never been heard begin to take shape.
Because starting a podcast isn’t about having everything figured out… it’s about having the courage to share your perspective with the world.
That energy in the room proved something powerful:

And sometimes all it takes is 20 minutes and the right environment to unlock it.
