Join in for unique and fun workshops and demonstrations all week long from your friends at the Museum as well as some amazing community partners. Stay tuned for more information, coming soon!
During the month of April, Boston Children’s Museum is hosting its first ever Make-A-Thon! The challenge: Create something at home following the prompt “Build an invention that helps someone.” Bonus points for using recycled materials you find around the house!
Submit your creation by posting a photo tagged #MuseumMakeAThon, and at the end of the month, we will do a random drawing of entries. The maker we select will receive a FREE year-long Museum membership for their family!
Selected entries will also be featured at a Make-A-Thon booth at the CreatedBy Festival this fall, and ALL entries will be featured on the Boston Children’s Museum website at the link in bio! Get creative, have fun, and show us what you can do!

Boston Children’s Museum’s STEAM Team was thrilled to attend last weekend's Create and Curiosity Fair hosted by Science Friday. The event was a celebration of the best things happening at the intersection of the art and science, bringing together local artists, scientists, and experts of all kinds. Exhibitors showed off their interactive pieces and gave attendees hands-on demonstrations throughout the evening. We were ecstatic to be a part of such an innovative and fun event for both kids and adults alike! #STEAM #CreateAndCuriousityFair
