I know the power I felt in derby is probably available to me outside of it, but there is nothing that quite scratches that itch like playing this sport. The teamwork, the adrenaline, the JOY it gives me. I will always cherish the friendships, life lessons and family itās given me. But now itās very likely I enter the sport from a new vantage point as a coach only.
But for now letās reminisce on what an incredible 15 years I had as a player while I ugly cry at home. š

Iāve had continuous negative tests for APS since the first two back in 2023 and itās finally been determined to be some false positives at the start. A bit gutting to lose so much time but honestly Iām just super stoked to be training again and off of anticoagulants. Definitely a bit rusty, but jam by jam Iām remembering what to do š„°
