Halestorm Visits the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame for Special Guitar Signing and Plaque Photo Hummelstown, Pa. — The Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame (CPMHOF) was honored to welcome Grammy Award-winning rock band @halestormrocks for a special visit celebrating the band’s lasting impact on the Central Pennsylvania music scene. The band stopped by the Hall of Fame at 1215 W End Ave in Hummelstown (at @englewoodhershey ) before their headlining concert tonight on the Penn Heroes stage at the @hollywoodpnrc in Grantville. During their stop at the Hall of Fame, members of Halestorm signed a few items that will become part of the organization’s growing collection of music memorabilia. @lzzyhale signed a special, bright red, signature guitar. The band also gathered for photos alongside their official Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame plaque, recognizing their achievements and contributions to rock music locally, nationally, and internationally. Originating from Red Lion, Pennsylvania, Halestorm has become one of the most successful rock bands to emerge from Central Pennsylvania, earning worldwide acclaim for their powerful live performances, chart-topping albums, and historic Grammy Award win. Their continued support of the local music community serves as an inspiration to aspiring musicians throughout the region. “We are thrilled to have welcomed Halestorm to the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame,” said Brandon Valentine, Executive Director of the CPMHOF. “Their success story represents the incredible talent that comes out of Central Pennsylvania, and it was an honor to celebrate their legacy with this special visit.” Halestorm follows fellow Central PA music icons @bretmichaelsofficial , @brettscallions (formerly of @fuelofficialmusic ), and The Badlees—all of whom have visited the local Hall of Fame since their inductions. This means, we are looking for local artists to record and submit covers of Taylor’s songs. Interested in being a part of this epic project?! First, complete the submission form between now and July 9th. Please be sure to specify what song and in what style you plan to submit. Covers that are true to the original or a twist in a completely different genre will all be considered. /taylor-swift-compilation If you already have a recorded track (mp3 or wav file), you can submit it to [email protected] for consideration. If you plan on heading into a recording studio to record, you’ll need to submit your track to us no later than September 13th. We will then compile the top tracks to be on a special CPMHOF Taylor Swift compilation album. PRESS RELEASE: @taylorswift has been elected to the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame (CPMHOF) Class of 2027! There will be an official ceremony; date/location TBD. Taylor Swift was born in West Reading, PA and raised in Wyomissing, PA. She went to Wyomissing Area Junior/Senior High School, before her and her family moved to Nashville. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, the CPMHOF focuses on youth music education. Therefore, to celebrate the upcoming 2027 induction of Taylor Swift, the Central Pennsylvania Youth All-Star Band has released a cover of Taylor’s “You Belong With Me.” The song is now available on all streaming services and the music video is viewable on the CPMHOF’s YouTube page.
