How quickly time flies! 🛫 Here are some photos of our 2026 Leadership Capstone back in April. 🏅 Facilitated by @wolftribeofficial , Coury students had a great time engaging in interactive leadership activities that challenged them to think differently about collaboration, communication, and leadership. These activities gave students the opportunity to focus on their confidence, character, and courage--the three main pillars of the Coury Program. 💫We would like to thank Robertino Coury for joining us and for his family's support of the program.

Throwback to our Values-based Leadership Seminar!!!🌟
It was all about creating space to reflect, question, and grow.
Through exploring VIA character strengths, engaging with Dr. Heino’s session, hearing from Patrick Cates, and diving into conversations sparked by Simon Sinek’s “why,” mentors and mentees were challenged to think beyond surface-level answers and start unpacking what truly drives them.
Our goal as a program is not just to build leaders, but to develop individuals who lead with intention, empathy, and self-awareness. Irwin Sunarto, one of our mentors, reflected on how understanding our own values equips us to navigate differences, build meaningful connections, and shape the kind of impact we want to have.

Meet Ani Hakobyan, M.Ed., the Administrative Director of the Coury Leadership Program! 👏👏
Alongside her commitment to applied and experiential learning, Ani is deeply interested in comparative and international education, digital accessibility, student leadership, curriculum design, and social entrepreneurship. 🌟🌟
Before joining the USC Marshall School of Business, she served as a Student Services Advisor at the USC Price School of Public Policy. Outside the office, Ani loves visiting museums, discovering new coffee spots, and getting lost in a good book.
