HISTOIRE DES TÉNÈBRES (80’) est mon premier long métrage. Il est comme je l’ai rêvé; fait maison, fait pirate, sans idéologie, obssessionel, risqué, avec la foi et le travail acharné d’amis magnifiques. Un film imparfait et insolent, baroque et trash. Et il y a même de l’humour pour une fois.Je vous invite à l’aimer ou à le détester, ou les deux à la fois, il accepte tous sentiments contradictoires. C’est son principe, à l’image de ses personnages.Histoire des ténèbres convoque les figures de Néron, Dante, Sade et Ludwig II dans l’ivresse de leurs obsessions, entre extase et damnation, fascination et répulsion.
