Look who I found 👆!! Thank you @summit and @katturnerwashere for having me on this wild ride. As I told one of my crew when we got back, not to oversell it, but I think it was life changing (??) At the very least it felt like the best summer camp ever, romping with new friends and getting lots and lots of moments to finally really breathe. So, er, when do we do it again? ✨ 💕 🛥️

Wowie zowie. @chswineandfood Year 20 kicked our butts in the very best way. It was such a special privilege and gift to be able to cook once again under the same roof with all our besties. We also had the happiest morning @jackrabbitfilly with our other favorites @tilitnyc . (@jennymcgoody thank you for making us all look GOOD 😎🔥🥹). And of course we had so much fun feeding y’all and chatting at the @saratogawater Supper Club. We couldn’t ask for a more supportive community - we felt that love through the whole weekend from the lunch to the tent to bopping around town - and couldn’t be more grateful for y’all. What a wonderful whirlwind. Time for some salad. A little quiet. And then back to it. ✌️✨

@the_shuaiwang ’s Family Chilli Crisp Recipe 🌶️ 1. Add one entire tin of Spicewalla x Shuai Wang’s Chilli Crunch Dry Mix into a heat-proof container. �2. Add 1.5 C neutral oil to a pot and heat on medium until it reaches �375°F. Be careful here, sometimes the oil will pop! �3. SAFELY pour the hot oil into the heat-proof bowl and stir to incorporate the blend with the oil. �4. Let the spices bloom in the oil for 1-2 hours before diving in! �5. Store in a sealed pint-sized container in the fridge, and enjoy! #recipe

According to @the_shuaiwang , “This Mapo Tofu recipe has been off and on @jackrabbitfilly menu since we opened. It’s the dish @corrie_wang and I ate on our first date. It was winter in NYC. We were both sick, but time off was rare. Plus, who wanted to have to wait to date Corrie? So, here comes this cauldron of boiling mapo tofu to the table. I scooped up a big bite... it was so spicy and so scorchingly hot that I immediately spit it out.
