After a long road, it finally feels like the right time to start sharing what I’ve been going through.
My new single “Distant Ray” comes out Tuesday, May 19th.
This record took time. A lot of growth, uncertainty, and learning how to turn difficult moments into something honest. I’m really grateful to finally start putting this music into the world.

After ages of not posting on this grid, I’m suddenly here releasing a song I recorded, mixed, and mastered faster than anything I’ve ever made.

Released Formwela 4 today with my sister @esperanzaspalding . Was such a relief to work on music with someone I hold very dear to my heart after such a tragic year. Big love to @ganavya for opening us up to write the music you’re going to hear, never experienced anything like it.
