Currently in construction in Mosman — where the past is carefully carried forward.Over 7,000 bricks salvaged and set aside for reuse, with original sandstone foundations and timber roof and ceiling framing meticulously stored to be recycled into the new home.A build grounded in history, material integrity, and thoughtful renewal.Design by @corbenarchitectsBuilt by Patrick ConstructionsSite Foreman @philipcorben

Balmoral Avenue House III | 2026Opening up the entry level set the tone for this transformation — removing walls to invite light in and create a more generous, connected living environment.The kitchen and dining have been reimagined as a single open space, extending to the balcony and capturing views across Balmoral to Manly.
