Introducing @molly.pepper.steemson who the librettist of ‘Lesson’ 📝 “Molly Pepper Steemson is a writer from London, and her debut novel, WANTING, will be published in 2027. She has written for, and guest-edited, @vittlesmagazine , and her work has appeared in The Paris Review, the FT Weekend Magazine, The Independent, TANK, Apollo and Literary Review. Her favourite things to criticise are fine art, classical music, books, and restaurants—particularly the latter, as she is almost always hungry.” The process of working with Molly has been fascinating. I’ve known her for quite some years as a writer, as well as through her time volunteering at @ims_pc where I’ve been going for the past 18 years! For all adventurous music students (instrumentalists, singers, composers) who hold a Bachelor degree and are eager to explore new horizons. For those who’d like to learn how to use their imagination and creative skills to realise your own projects in such a way that they will have an impact. You’ll be given tools to expand your craft - not only on your instrument but also as a maker - on the context and all elements of a performance and your audience. Deadline for application: 26 Feb.
