*Customer Supplied Parts!* Please read! Thank you for your support! 🙏 Labor Rate to install customer supplied parts will be at (2) times the regular shop rate. The customer is aware that in supplying their own parts that they are responsible for any labor endured by Cope Performance to install their supplied parts to their vehicle, even if the parts supplied are incorrect. In the event the parts supplied are incorrect or not enough parts are provided to complete the repair, and it causes a lift to be unavailable for other customers work, the customer will be charged for the time their car is on the lift. The customer will be billed at the normal shop rate, for a maximum of (8) hours per business day, until the customer can supply the correct parts to remove their vehicle from the lift. Any warranty for customer supplied parts is between the customer and the manufacture of the supplied parts. Removal and installation of defective or failed parts, which were supplied by the customer, will be solely at the customer’s expense. The customer will be billed at (2) times the shop rate to make the necessary repairs to their vehicle. We have years of real world experience in picking what we believe are the best parts to keep your vehicle on the road longer. By allowing us to supply your parts, you help avoid unnecessary costs and delays to not just your project but the ENTIRE SHOP!.
