The Winter 2026 COPA Talent ID Day was one to remember 💫
In February, 220 athletes representing 63 different clubs stepped on the pitch in front of 23 scouts & coaches from college, academy, international, and pro teams to showcase their talent in pursuit of an opportunity to develop at a higher level. Already, multiple players have been invited on trials with clubs and national programs.
Their invites were earned through their COPA Score — the feedback engine that every soccer player deserves to improve their game. And it’s not a one-time moment. Reassessing often allows you to track your development and increase your chances of qualifying for opportunities like COPA Talent ID Day.

- Increase his Top Speed from 15.0 to 16.8 MPH, supporting his profile as an outside back
- Advance his COPA Cube rating from 51 to 66, showcasing faster technical skills and precision
Kyle’s data also earned him 3 talent ID invites in the past 12 months: COPA Talent ID Day and NorCal PDP Talent ID day. Opportunities not previously possible without the COPA Score.

Clean first touches. Adaptable techniques. Consistent passes.
During this Passing & Precision session in the COPA Cube, Coach Simón (@fuentesimon ) gave Level 4 members Maharth and Reyansh from @ttfc.academy pointers on how to better control their first touch when receiving a pass at different angles.
With the different ball launch settings that the Cube has, he challenged them to beat the 81% accuracy record. More reps, more consistency, better passing & precision. ⚽️🎯

Congrats to Liam, our Male Most Improved Player for April 2026! 🎖️
As part of our new monthly MIP series, we’ll be recognizing one female and one male COPA youth member who have made standout progress in their game.
In his first five months as a COPA member, Liam has already made great strides in his development. Our 1st Touch & Receiving, Acceleration & Power, and Finishing classes have helped him grow technically, with the biggest results showing in his COPA Cube accuracy and quicker speed of play.
Our team is proud of what Liam’s accomplished in a short amount of time. He’s proof that COPA is a place where everyone has a starting point and a place to grow.

Stella’s first #copascore established her benchmark and guided her training journey. Through membership classes like Passing & Precision and 1st Touch & Receiving, she improved her COPA Cube accuracy by 68% and reduced her speed of play by more than half a second — a reflection of her hard work and our focus on development through purposeful repetition.
