200hr Breathwork teacher training complete! Congrats to this crew for rolling into the depths of this work. From functional and performance to trauma informed transformational practices. 13 weeks of online and in person! Many joined for their own personal experience & many joined to begin sharing this work with the world, both needed and necessary 🙏🏻 This is our 6th year of running this training certification. Next intakes enrolment has started! All info on our website. We have 10 spaces left. Breathe well, live longer, feel better.

Your body is more intelligent than you may think. Over the past 5 years I have worked with many people who have been through heartbreak, they all have very similar patterns & stories at play. “I don’t trust men” “I don’t trust women” “I can’t find my one” “I’m better alone” “No one hold me” What is incredible about the nervous system is it records moments in time when we weren’t able to express emotionally that felt too much or too painful at the time. This could have been from the lack of support/safety or from dismissing, avoiding & running away from feeling. Unfortunately if we never get the opportunity to feel what needed to be felt the body will begin to see the world & people differently & the symptomatic processes will take place. This is all happening unconsciously. It’s not until we get the opportunity to feel what wasn’t felt that the body & nervous system can then decompress, metabolise & deactivate itself. Until then the story’s, patterns & suffering continues. (Anxiety, hyperarousal, stress, insomnia, depression and so on) Self sabotage comes from us not wanting to feel what hasn’t been felt fully from that time we were hurt & to avoid the possibility of it happening again. That’s an intelligent system yet it stops us from experiencing what we are here to feel, deeply loved. Many of us are living in our home (body) with all of the lights on because our system doesn’t feel safe & sees the world as a threat due to skewed neroception. Dm us “PROTECTION” if you’re experiencing these symptoms in relationships & or find yourself self sabotaging when someone gets close.

Explaining to our current students the reason why some people may feel uncomfortable or worse off after attending a Breathwork event. Facilitating someone through breathwork is very sensitive & what can seem small on the outside is always larger on the inside. The importance of integration & deactivation is more important than the peak of the experience always.
