Can't wait to see the LED strips installed around the perimeter and stairs on our recently completed Campbelltown Project.
I really enjoyed designing and constructing this entertainers paradise. Extending the alfresco decking by 800mm and also taking it all the way to the fence, accompanied by a full length set of herringbone finished stairs leading into a cozy firepit area, wrapped with seating.

H4 Lowdeck joists and bearers
H3 240x45 Stringers, ecosealed cuts, Vapoursealed.
Decking:
90x18 Merbau Decking.

This deck had a good run, but an old hardwood surface sitting on H3 framing straight on the ground was always living on borrowed time.

Handover Complete.
Our friends at BM Landscaping finished up the concrete around this studio yesterday.
A pressure wash clean up and this job was looking like a bought one.
So many little details go into these Composite decks to achieve the results we do. From the double Fascia's, the breakerboard setout's, the end joist half spans, alll the way to the curved tree border. There's alot of unseen efforts, that seperate the professionals from the rest.
