Happy 2025!
Making this post to introduce/reintroduce myself.
If it wasn’t obvious, my name is Connor and I make Art.
2024 was huge for me artistically and I learned so much! I appreciate all the support I’ve been given over the past year and beyond.
2025 is going to be a huge art year for me and I want you all to follow along! I’ll be posting here much more regularly with all things Connor Art related.
This year is about my continued growth in my art career, pushing myself harder than I have before, and sharing it with all you.
Here’s to another great year 🎉

Unbelievably grateful to have done a mural at one of my favorite local brunch spots. Go enjoy some delicious food, check out this mural in person, and have a Lazy Day!

This morning we visited the studio of multi-disciplinary artist @connor.weight
We enjoyed his wide, diverse body of work and heard about some of his explorations with approaches to painting - mediums, concepts and even playing with the distance from the canvas.
Thank you Connor, we are honored to have spent some time with you today and look forward to seeing more of your work! #runclun #artistrunclubslc #saltlakecityartist
5/6 Join us at @guthrieartstudios to visit Connor Weight’s Studio (@connor.weight ). Weight’s work engages with minimalism, abstraction, and surrealism, and employs a range of painting techniques to explore internal landscapes and visual language. You might recall Weight’s “Be Kind” mural that we have visited on previous mural runs. 👀 Plan to look at art for 30 min. Before we start a 5k run in the downtown area. Anyone who wants to look at art and run is welcome.
📍158 E 200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 - Meet downstairs at the front door and we will all go to the studio together.
🚗 - street parking in the vicinity, some metered spots. Biking is a good option too!
🏃🏽♀️Join our strava group to preview the route. This is a no drop run and there will be a leader for both the front and back of the group. All paces welcome. 🤗
