went out with a banger and was running 8:35’s-8:45’s damn near up until mile 20. and then mile 21 came. the incline was to great and i slowed tf down. saw the finish line timer change from 3:59 to 4 and my heart sank. hamstring cramped and i hobbled to the end. hydration and carb loading was so on point maybe just not enough salt. anyways back to the drawing board. la marathon is a TOUGH one, but all the homies were there so vibes are high asf.

LONG BEACH MARATHON 🏅
blew my knee out 2 miles in, got hooked up with 4 advil mile 8, wore off around mile 15, hobbled my way thru it with the help of legends running it with me. 3 months of training, around 250 miles, felt great going in, shit happens.
