@janefonda and @greenpeaceusa ’s incredible documentary #GASLIT just had its world premier at @officialsbiff this weekend. I had the privilege to travel with Jane in the movie to my beloved Texas to experience first hand the impact of fossil fuel and plastic plants on the communities along the Gulf Coast and in the Permian Basin where Friday Night Lights took place. #GASLIT will launch soon on an international, multi-city tour, followed by a digital/streaming release later this year so hope you’ll all get to see it!

@mindykaling ‘01, @shondarhimes ‘91, @conniebritton ‘89, @raedratch ‘88, @alexipappas ‘12 and, @thisissharonwashington ‘81 came home for the reopening of the @hopkinscenter and dedication of the Roth Wing—celebrating the community that helped shape their creative paths and continues to inspire the next generation.
They filled the weekend with laughter, wisdom, and stories that reminded us not only why the arts matter, but why Dartmouth will always feel like home.

A couple weeks ago I had the immense honor to speak at @helpinghandhome in Austin, TX, an organization that has been around for 135 years serving children who have experienced abuse, neglect and abandonment by offering them ongoing safe haven, therapeutic recovery care, and possibility for adoption. I am so blown away by the commitment to advocacy for children and families of this organization. I want to see @helpinghandhome opening all over the country until we finally get to the great day where we have alleviated this kind of child suffering!
And not for nothing, but it was great to see my old pal Kyle Chandler out to support these kids and families, and of course the great @coachmackbrown ! Let’s do this!!
