Funk Practice info 🙌 Some little updates, specially in “What we value” , over the years our open practices and sessions have been a sacred space for us. Like a second home. 🏠 for this I think it’s important to share what is and has been valuable for us. Connect the Funk presents “De Tardeo” inspired by the magic of a Spanish afternoon. A space to slow down, connect, and be present. ✨ Imagine the energy of the dance floor meeting the warmth of an afternoon drinks with friends. That is Tardeo. The Experience: - The Music: Curated sounds to move your soul through an only vinyl session by @dj_cutnice and @tysonernste - The Taste: Authentic Spanish bites and drinks by @jequi__ - The Vibe: Warm lights, chill and a social atmosphere. No plans needed. Just come for the music, stay for the connection, and share a moment with us. 😌 Only dancing, laughing and having a great time allowed. It’s an intimate living room setting, so spots are limited. Location: Studio de Bakkerij (makers space floor 1) . Een ochtend vol Fun(k) voor kinderen! 🎶 Begin de dag met ritme, creativiteit en vooral veel plezier! Connect the Funk nodigt kinderen uit voor een inspirerende ochtend waar dans en kunst samenkomen. We starten met een energieke popping workshop onder leiding van Qiqi Jin @jequi__ . Kinderen leren de basis van popping, waaronder de robot dance, speelse illusies en hoe ze beweging kunnen verbinden met muziek op een leuke en toegankelijke manier. Na het dansen is het tijd om creatief aan de slag te gaan! Samen met hun familie kunnen kinderen hun eigen vinylplaten schilderen en versieren. Een perfect moment om samen te verbinden, creativiteit te uiten en te genieten van heerlijke funkmuziek. After dancing, it’s time to get creative! Families can enjoy a hands-on activity where kids paint and decorate their own vinyl records. It’s a perfect moment to bond, express creativity, and enjoy great funk music together.
