The absolute hardest part of going on tour is leaving this guy at home. Today is our anniversary. 14 years ago, Trooper hopped on his 3 legs into my heart forever. Every moment we have together is cherished more and more.
Happy birthday Trooper! My little 3-legged friend turns 14 years old today.🤯 He is pretty old for a dog, so I am incredibly grateful for every moment that we have together, and after giving us quite a health scare earlier this year, I am happy to report that he is now doing really well for his age and he continues to bring love and joy to our house everyday. Keep on troopin' on, Trooper! ❤️
I had a blast mixing the annual Toys for Tots drive held by @metalinjection
and @metalsucks , featuring a stellar who's-who lineup of metal musicians. The best part of the night for me was running into @roymayorgaofficial , who I had not seen since he was my neighbor in the late 1990's in Tempe, Arizona. What an honor to be at the board for such a fun and rewarding night, and all for a good cause.

I walked alone on Beale Street last night. I noticed a sign that said, "pizza is life". I couldn't disagree, so I went inside to order. I hung out in People’s pool hall, shared some laughs with some new acquaintances, and had one incredible night in the city where imo so many of the best songs ever written were all recorded. Memphis is music magic.
