Pleased to announce the second hour (2-3am) of the recording from my recent quest down the Ouse is now available to stream on SoundCloud. Personally this is a landmark piece of raw, unedited audio, fully live, all hardware. It comes from the second hour of the set, by which point I had settle into the groove and was beginning to explore. For the first time I really feel like we captured the energy of what I’m trying to do in a live context, and I’m properly happy to have something that reflects the experience in the room. (TMI section:) I was getting increasingly nervous in the lead up to this set for a number of reasons - It was my first 2 hour live set, in a city I had not yet visited, playing to a club and crowd I had heard only great things about. Luckily for me I was in the trusty hands of the lovely @leo.robin__ , Kate, Mark and all the amazing people of @cobaltstudios.ouseburn all of which I have to thank for an unforgettable weekend, now available to be re-enjoyed in the form of an hour long WAV file :).

INTRODUCING: @confitdub (aka Bruno Dimitrov)
CONFIT DUB is a Bristol-based DJ and live act offering a distinctive take on contemporary dance music. Working primarily with hardware, his club-focused sets move through minimal, dub techno, breaksy electro, and more acidic territories.
Confit Dub approaches performance as an evolving, process-led practice. He slowly unfolds dense layers of sound to deliver a subtly evolving, immersive experience filled with deep atmosphere and texture.
His sets and productions blend dub-influenced rhythms, downtempo pulse, and spacious textures, favouring subtle shifts over fixed structures.
