Still thinking about our last dinner together in collaboration with @goodlibationschi and feeling really grateful.
Getting to tell stories about identity, memory, and home through food is such a privilege, but getting to do it alongside friends this talented somehow makes it even more special. Huge love to the good libations crew, and an even bigger shout out to this incredible community that has entrusted us with your time and patronage.
AAHIPI month always reminds me how lucky I am to be surrounded by so many incredible people pushing our culture, community, and creativity forward together.

Our first Miramasa tasting in Chicago.
Guests loved the balance of flavors and fresh ingredients. They felt that the food was healthy, delicious and satisfying.
They also pushed us on portions, customization, and adaptogen education.
Chicago, we are listening.
