Last Wednesday, May 6th, was one for the books.
We opened the doors to our new Adelaide home to celebrate two major milestones: our official office launch and four incredible years of Concept in the South Australian market.
Moving into a new space is always an exciting chapter, but seeing it truly come to life with our clients, partners, and friends was the real highlight.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for a drink, a laugh, and a toast to the future. Here’s to many more years of creating, collaborating, and growing in a city we love.

We’re proud to welcome Adam to Concept as our new National Construction Director.
Adam joins us with over 25 years of leadership across the fitout, refurbishment and construction landscape, with experience spanning project delivery, commercial leadership and general management.
He’s managed national growth, led complex project deliveries, and knows exactly what great looks like when it comes to building high-performing teams.
But for us, this announcement is a little more special than a standard appointment. 18 years ago, Adam and Richard worked together. Before they went their separate ways, they made a promise that one day they would do it again.
Nearly 2 decades later, that promise has been kept.
For the team, this is a significant moment. It is a statement about where Concept is heading, the standard we are building toward, and the strength of the team we continue to bring together.
Above all, Adam is a perfect fit to the Concept family. He’s grounded, driven, generous, and put simply, the kind of leader you want to get behind.
He is a runner, a music lover and a genuine top bloke.
Welcome to Concept, Adam!
We’re stoked to have you with us and are excited for what we’ll build together.
Faced with an upcoming lease expiry, we delivered a high-performance workspace for our client Tasmea Limited in just 10 weeks.
The bespoke 1,500 sqm office fitout in the heart of Adelaide features a shared reception, waiting area and board room with Equity Advisory, including a versatile front-of-house that transforms into a large function space.
Visually, we paired a modern, timeless aesthetic with a brand-aligned palette of blue and green. Framing the expansive 12th-floor views, the design grounds the office in its local landscape, bringing calm and vitality to the team while prioritising both productivity and community.
Thank you to our client for choosing us as your design and build partner for your new workspace. It was an absolute pleasure working with the Tasmea team!
In Part 3 of our series, Thuy Phuong and Ella Delos Reyes share the design inspiration behind the Adelaide Concept office.
From the overall layout to the creative vision, they unpack how they’ve moved beyond the 'traditional' office to create a workspace that is bold, intentional, and anything but boring.
More insights from our SA design team to come in Part 4!
91 King William St Spec Suite: Designed, delivered, leased.
Late last year, we had the unique opportunity to deliver two neighbouring projects simultaneously on level 27: a lobby/speculative suite for @abacus_group and ICAM, and our Adelaide Concept office next door.
The spec suite was secured and leased shortly after handover - a testament to the demand for thoughtful, high-impact and move-in-ready workspaces.
Watch the walkthrough video from cold shell to completed space.
Meet Brendon.
We're back with Part 2 of our Adelaide Concept office series, featuring our SA project director, Brendon Harslett.
Brendon opens up about his journey and how a diverse professional background paved the perfect path to his current role at Concept Adelaide.
With the booming South Australian market and our brand new "live test fit" office space, Brendon and the Adelaide team are primed and ready to help tenants and owners reimagine their footprint - driving occupancy in today’s competitive local landscape.
Up next: In Part 3, hear from more of the team as they pull back the curtain on the vision that defines our King William St office.
First impressions are everything.
At Level 27, 91 King William St, the experience begins the moment the lift doors open. We’ve paired a sophisticated lobby refresh with a speculative suite fitout that feels modern, refined, and immediately inviting.
From the stunning kitchen and boardroom framing spectacular Adelaide skyline views to the high exposed ceilings that give the space room to breathe - every detail is light, fresh, and designed with mental health and wellbeing in mind.
Strategic pops of blue feature carpet contrast the warm timber and golden accents, adding a bespoke touch for the modern market.
Thank you @abacus_group and ICAM for the opportunity to collaborate together on this project!
The beginning of a new chapter.
In Part 1 of our new series:
Join Mark our regional director and our project director as they reflect on the journey toward our new Adelaide Concept office - a move fueled by our commitment to the SA market and dedication to the incredible team we're building.
The story behind our new SA office.
Follow along our 5-part series as our Adelaide team shares an inside look at the South Australian market and the journey of bringing our own local office to life.
From the strategy behind the floorplan to the “why” behind the aesthetic, we explore what this new space means for our people and the next chapter of Concept in SA.
Stay tuned for part 1 later this week.
Spec suites designed for choice: Same floor, same premium quality - two unique looks.
Level 7 in Swann House, Flinders Lane, features two premium speculative suites designed to appeal to multiple tenants while still providing a functional and flexible space.
While both spaces draw inspiration from Swann House's local heritage and are built to support productivity and performance - complete with open-plan workstations, cafe-style breakouts and dedicated collab areas - their distinct palettes, finishes and layouts set them apart.
The same premium standard, executed in two different ways, offering tenants more options to choose the workspace environment that fits them best.

A good office looks nice. A great one is an embodiment of a company’s identity.
When the environment matches the energy of its users and supports them in the ways they truly need, the space becomes a catalyst for great work.
Here is what Jackson, Blinq's Business Operations Lead, had to say about their experience collaborating with Concept to achieve their vision for their new Melbourne headquarters
