Make it your goal 🥅 to take up more space in the world 🌏 I love how much space this look allows and empowers me to take up. As a plus sized woman, we are often encouraged to try to shrink ourselves as much as possible. “Losing weight should always be the goal. Never wear clothing that makes you look any bigger than you already are. Hide your size from the world by any means necessary. Speak softly. Keep your opinions and ideas to yourself. Always play the insecure, comedic supporting role but never the confident main character.” Society makes sure that big girls know that no matter what, they should never celebrate and strive to take up as much space as we all deserve. Well I want to make sure that my fellow big girls make it the GOAL to take up as much space as possible, confident that that the space they take up doesn’t take away from anyone else’s.
