Pain Specialists of America (PSA) offers best-in-class pain management solutions to those who need it most. While focused on providing treatment for all types of acute + chronic pain, PSA also takes great pride in creating beautiful spaces with an optimistic environment for their patients.
CPMG was honored to represent @bespoke_partners through their corporate commercial office build-out at 2002 East Seventh Street, Austin, TX 78702.
Bespoke transformed their space from a cold dark shell to this incredible, high end finished product you see today. Boasting a custom designed reception/entryway, tall glass conference and office fronts, polished concrete and herringbone wood floors, a fully equipped break room w/solid surface waterfall edge island, designer lighting, ceramic tiled restrooms and sophistically curated artwork/furniture, these offices are truly one of a kind.
The design of space was led by mastermind @kellyhinchman , Founder of @studiohdesign .
@logan_dogleash , Vice President of @elevategrowthpartners , negotiated the purchase of the property on behalf of Bespoke.
Founded in 2011, @bespoke_partners is the only executive search and advisory firm exclusively focused on private equity in software. Outside of Austin, Bespoke also has locations in San Diego, CA and Haverford, PA.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: The San Antonian
The San Antonian is located at 702 San Antonio Street in the heart of Downtown Austin on the historic Bremond Block, between 7th Street and 8th Street. This 8,000 SF brick structure has a charming European-like character with large arched windows, a relaxing secluded courtyard, and vast views of the Downtown skyline.
Compass Project Management Group, LLC represented the building owner, @leadcommercialaustin , through the creative office redevelopment and transformation of this historic Austin property. All 4 floors of The San Antonian were revitalized with modern interior finishes, private and open offices, conference rooms, kitchens, break rooms/bar, restrooms and ROOM phone booths. The exterior of the building underwent extensive improvements as well, including a new steel structure with balconies on each floor at the back and new wooden stairs/balcony at the front.

CPMG represented Red Ventures from initial site evaluations, lease/TI negotiations, master planning, scheduling, budgeting, design team selection, vendor procurement, contracting and overall project management leadership through final occupancy and delivery.

Ameredev is an independent E&P company engaged in the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties across the US. The design features a Southwestern influence derived from the Permian Basin which contains the mid-continent oil field province. The intent was to create a dynamic space that is sleek, contrasting, refined and earthy.

Very proud to add this project and client, Spreetail, to the Compass Project Management portfolio. Our team was selected/hired to manage the entire process from conception to completion. Prior to construction, CPMG provided client support with site selection, real estate negotiations, feasibility studies, planning and scheduling. Upon a successful lease transaction by Stream Realty Partners, CPMG lead design team, consultant, contractor and all vendor procurement efforts upfront and provided project management services throughout the life cycle.
Spreetail now occupies all 3 floors of the historic 416 Congress building, which was built in 1863 and had been vacant for the last decade. To help overcome the unique challenges imposed by 150+ year old structure and transform it into an innovative modern technology office space, Perkins+Will was selected as the architecture/interior design firm. Randconstruction Corp executed the physical construction of the project and Lee Structured Cabling handled all forms of technology, A/V and low-voltage cabling.
This was truly an awesome project team that all worked in a collaborative effort to deliver an incredibly high-design product to our client. I am thankful for the opportunity to keep doing what we love!
