What an incredible day celebrating the official ribbon cutting of Orchard Grove & Orchard Manor Apartments. Today marked more than the opening of 74 new mixed-income homes in Flint; it marked another step toward building stronger, healthier communities where individuals and families can truly thrive. We were honored to welcome community leaders, residents, partners, and supporters to celebrate this exciting milestone together. A heartfelt thank you to all of our funders, partners, sponsors, and dedicated staff who helped bring this vision to life. Your commitment, collaboration, and belief in our mission made this development possible. Because of your support, more families in Genesee County will have access to high-quality, affordable housing and a place to call home. Thank you to everyone who joined us today to tour the beautiful new spaces, connect with our community, and celebrate the impact Orchard Grove & Orchard Manor will have for years to come. As our President & CEO Glenn Wilson, shared, “This development represents more than housing, it’s about building stronger communities and creating spaces where people can thrive.” We are proud to continue investing in Flint and creating opportunities for growth, stability, and connection.
