Huge shoutout to the students and staff from @pittsburghurbanchristianschool ! 🌟 Today was the 2026 Great PUCS Serve-A-Thon, and we were honored to be one of their service sites.
These amazing volunteers spent their Friday giving back to the Wilkinsburg community by helping us with building clean-up and beautification projects near our playground.
We love seeing the next generation in action!
Every Monday, high schoolers from @shimpgh join our BootUp program to explore the intersections of design, fashion, branding, tech, and more. Using Canva, students practiced essential graphic design skills and became more familiar with the devices they’ll use in their future careers.
Their enthusiasm for learning and creativity reminds us why our BootUp program is so vital. We can’t wait to see what they create next week!

Last month @catholiccharitiespgh celebrated the completion of the Gismondi Job Training Program in Wilkinsburg. After 12 weeks of study in telecommunications, these students are ready to launch their careers! @commforgepgh provided the classroom as an investment to empower communities that need it most.

Turn out was way better than expected. To hear everyone having fun and enjoying the clinic was amazing. This was my 1st time doing something like this. I love the women’s kickball league. I show love to all the teams so to see all the teams combine today for the greater good of women, community and peace truly shows what we can do when we come together. I can’t thank all the teams enough who participated. Thank you very much and good luck this season. We got about 4 weeks to game 1😤
