Now that the dust had settled, we’re excited to share some highlights of our recent collaboration with @ladygaga , an artist that needs no introduction. Highlights: 🟢 The hero section on the homepage is highly customizable. Lady Gaga’s team can add images, videos, or interactive elements to the view based on their current promotional needs. The same rule applies to the logo usage. 🟢 The music subpage has a custom made 3D album showcase with an incorporated music player. The users can also listen to music clips from separate long plays and singles. 🟢 Product cards contain randomized effects and scattered gallery. Content administrators can select featured products or add separate upsell cards with images and call-to-actions. Users can change the size of the cards based on their preferences. 🟢 On product lists pages and product detail pages, content administrators can set up mood – a background gradient colour that can be aligned with the product on the page. It’s another easter egg Lady Gaga fans can spot, which makes the website more entertaining. [NEW 🔥 case study. Sound on 📢] @pangaia came for a PDP tweak and left with a new way to design, ship and tell product stories online. A few highlights: 🟢 Product pages now surface garment details and material insights right away, with clearer size help, stronger galleries and faster access to care content. 🟢 Modular editorial system in Shopify. Over 30 reusable sections the team can mix and match in the theme editor, no tickets needed. The same system powers Pangaia Lab and Pangaia Stories so tech content and campaigns feel like one world. 🟢 Easier product discovery thanks to cleaner filters, quick icon shortcuts, flexible grids and consistent swatches that echo how the clothes are actually built. 🟢 Shared Figma and Shopify language. We launched a new @shopify website for @carharttwip North America - Iconic Streetwear brand. Carhartt WIP (Work in Progress) is a brand with decades of global experience, blending heritage, premium craftsmanship, and a global presence across dozens of markets. It took root in various youth subcultures like skateboarding, hip-hop, BMX, graffiti, and fanzines, adapting workwear silhouettes to resonate with street culture. Among the designers, brands, and artists it collaborated with are BAPE, APC, NIKE, Junya Watanabe, Marni, CLIPSE, and Motown. When the opportunity to become a part of their story came to us, we knew it: this is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime! What we’ve done: 🟢 Headless @Shopify build using Hydrogen + Oxygen for a high-performance, scalable storefront. 🟢 Delivered a complete Hydrogen store in sync with a global rollout. Migrating 20K+ SKUs. 🟢 @sanity.io for more creative and operational freedom. 🟢 Automated back-office workflows via Shopify Flow (product sync, size guides, and media management). 🟢 Integrated @searchspring natively for personalized search and precise merchandising. We partnered again with @pentagramdesign (@jody_hudsonpowell team) to develop a new website for Pienso – pioneering AI company that empowers businesses to build, implement, and train custom language models without coding. Pentagram created a compelling, modern design language that effectively conveys and embeds Pienso’s philosophy (Bauhaus-inspired design and computing discourse at MIT Media Lab). Having already a successful track record of being a technology partner for Pentagram, Pienso chose to rely on us to develop and bring their website to life, ensuring the design was accurately transformed into state of code. ”There is usually a huge gap between the design part and the final dev implementation, but our whole team was suprised by how close it was” — Bigaro Jones, CEO at Pienso. Highlights ↓ - We integrated Spline, a cutting-edge 3D design tool, to enhance Pienso’s website with interactive 3D elements, creating a more immersive and engaging user experience. - To support Pienso’s global operations, we implemented a flexible, editor-friendly CMS (Sanity) that empowers their team to quickly set up pages for new initiatives from re-usable set of sections and update content on the fly with a live preview capabilities. - We built a system that enables Pienso to efficiently create and manage event pages for upcoming global events, reducing the timeline from weeks to just hours. - Google Web Core Vitals 97/100 with LCP = 1,3s, INP 171 ms and CLS 0!
