In our latest project with @decathlonsg , we are launching an upcycled bag collection made from Decathlon’s non-functional inventory items such as kayaks, tents and air mattresses. ⛺️♻️

What happens to tournament banners after the event ends? 😱
Together with HSBC Women’s World Championship 2024, we gave event materials a second life through circular design and community craftsmanship.
Used tournament banners, reimagined into thoughtfully handcrafted sunglass pouches 😎☀️
Each piece is uniquely one of a kind - carrying different cuts, textures, and stories from the original banners.

Spending time with the makers from Yuhua SewMates reminded us that craftsmanship has never been separate from sustainability. It was already present - in the way things were repaired, reused, and made with care.

Mend in Public Day is our annual day of collective action during Fashion Revolution Week! 🪡

The idea is simple: get out into your local community and stitch in protest against disposable fashion. Amidst busy Saturday shoppers, we repair our torn pockets and broken seams and spark conversations on making Loved Clothes Last.
Mend in Public Day stands as a beacon of change in a world inundated with fashion waste. By participating, you’ll be part of a global creative action resisting the cycle of excess through repair and reuse. Get your repair pile (or other fibre crafts!) at the ready, find a Mend In Public Day event near you, or host your own. All skill levels and Fashion Revolutionaries are welcome! 🌍

Medals will be awarded to all participants in the 700m and 1.2km Kids Categories, so every young runner goes home with a sustainable keepsake 🏅

It’s been a while since we last posted (sighhh) we’ve been busy working on projects behind the scenes 👀!!
But we’re so happy to finally share this one.
This collaboration marks our first partnership with @studio.gypsied bringing together batik offcuts and our deadstock fabric archive to create a series of knot bags and coasters.
Together, we’re giving new life to these materials — extending their lifespan and keeping them out of landfill. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with unique batik placements that make every item slightly different from the next.
Upycled by our local makers at Commenhers, this collection supports craft, creates microjob opportunities, and empowers our community through making. Thank you Aqilah & @studio.gypsied for trusting us with this project!

This International Women’s Day, we’re honouring Nuryanee Anisah, the mind, heart, and co-founder of Commenhers — a community‑centred initiative that transforms textile waste into new possibilities for women.
To Yanee, giving looks like patience, presence, and creating environments where women feel safe to try, learn, and belong. The moments that keep her rooted in this work are simple but powerful: a maker discovering their confidence again, perfecting a skill, or earning an income they feel proud of.
