For lunch today, I made some tostadas de frijoles negros con una salsita de chile de árbol y tomatillo, and with the deliciousness of the jocoque. I didn’t have queso fresco but I did some some asiago 😅 so we use what we have. Hope this inspires you to have some frijoles. 🫘

Such a beautiful afternoon, minding my business while exploring new buildings. This Saúde Latte and these pão de queijo almost made me cry with the depth of flavor they held. Pão de queijo always reminds me of my menina @ms.becap and the very first time she introduced them to me. 🧡🧡🧡
Last night experimented with this salmon and shrimp ceviche. Covered in yuzu ponzu, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon, white pepper, shallots, a few chiltepins,& lots of jalapeños (clearly). 🌶️🥵
