From poppies to peonies, springtime tabletops were bursting with color at this year’s Come to the Table.
Amid the fine china and bespoke linens, we noticed whimsical birdcages, caviar and (faux) cigarettes, and sourdough boules embellished with cheeky abstract faces.
Graylynn Rodrigues, who co-chaired
@cometothetablenc with Jordan Horstman and Beeland Voellinger, called the energy “electric.”
“[Event founders Lynn Pitts and DeeDee Dalrymple] did such a great job creating the foundation for this event. We were like, how can we spice things up a little bit?”
This year, they debuted a cocktail reception ahead of the luncheon with Dallas lifestyle expert and guest speaker Kimberly Schlegel Whitman.
14 Charlotte designers put it all on the table for a good cause. Proceeds benefit Beds for Kids.
